We divided the email list into relevant segments based on consumers & B2B subscribers. This allowed us to offer specific content to each group, increasing the chances of resonating with the target audience. We used personalised subject lines and greetings to grab attention and personally connect with the subscribers.

Focusing on creating compelling and relatable content, we aligned with the interests and preferences of the target audience. We added useful tips, industry insights, exclusive promotions, and sneak peeks of upcoming products. We also incorporated storytelling techniques to make the content more relatable and engaging.
Visual Appeal
To enhance the visual components of the emails, we created a fresh and contemporary look. Along with using eye-catching images, clean design layouts, and consistent branding elements, we also ensured that the email is mobile-responsive and optimised for different devices and screen sizes.
Interactive Elements
By incorporating interactive elements into the email designs, we aimed to boost engagement and click-through rates. For example, we included interactive product galleries that allow subscribers to explore and interact with the offerings directly from the email and click on CTAs to buy products.
Compelling Call-to-Action (CTA)
We crafted clear and compelling CTAs that prompted recipients to take action. Using action-oriented language and creating a sense of urgency & exclusivity to encourage immediate responses. We also made sure the CTA buttons & links are prominent and easy to click.
A/B Testing & Optimization
Through continuously testing and optimising the email campaigns, we improved the overall effectiveness. We experimented with different subject lines, content formats, visuals, CTAs, and sending times. Furthermore, our analysis also included key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
