for Enhanced Customer Experience

We started by developing a new website design featuring enhanced banners, product visuals, and navigational elements. Following this, we revamped the website to ensure that the content effectively resonates with customers having various hair types and concerns.  

Development

Our primary goal was to optimise the website’s structure and visual components to enhance the overall user experience. We focused on highlighting our products through cohesive brand messaging across the website. To increase user engagement, we implemented various strategies such as adding more clear and detailed menu options and enhancing the presence of the call-to-action (CTA) buttons. These efforts aimed to improve website engagement & conversion rates.

Result

We implemented several features to enhance the website’s functionality and user experience. This included integrating new banners, showcasing best-selling products, and introducing a “Shop by Concern” section.

Video testimonials were integrated to increase the brand’s social proof & credibility, while custom forms were designed to facilitate easy access to consultations, and their Instagram feed was integrated to display the latest posts.

With that, we also implemented a customised footer and mega navigation menu to improve product discoverability. Finally, a personalised hair care quiz was developed that intelligently recommends products based on each user’s responses.
